There absolutely can be yes. However it will effect the overall pricing of the shoot.
Most cases yes. You can request an extra location, change of clothes, or time, etc. It may or may not effect the agreed price of the shoot, but it never hurts to ask.
All kinds. I love Canon, and Sony primarily. But there are many tools in the bag for different occasions.
